Help a starving student...

Last year, the Office of Intercultural Studies hosted a Study Abroad Fair for the students of Virginia Commonwealth University. All of the classes are sponsored by VCU and sound great. Unfortunately, I've already completed the general education portion of my curriculum. So, the classes available to me in this program are non-existent.
I am a junior in the School of Business with a major in Information Systems. This doesn't really leave many choices for studying abroad, but when I saw the Study Abroad Fair posters this year I decided to check it out anyway. While there I visited a table hosted by CEA. They had many opportunities for someone like me to visit an institution in another country. I found a program in Barcelona, Spain which would give me the opportunity to earn 6 credits in four weeks. I'll be able to take International Business and an International Economics class. This is the perfect opportunity for me. I've always had a fascination with Spain and the ability to be completely immersed in another culture is absolutely amazing.
Now for the sad part...I can't afford it. There are financial aid programs out there for people like me, but I'm an independant student. I've already maxed out my yearly student loans because I am a full-time student working at a full-time job. At the end of the year, there is only $800 left. Sad, right?
The program in Spain costs $3595.00 plus airfare, Visa, food and living expenses. They've given this fabulous 4-week program a total cost of $7500.00. WOW! How am I supposed to come up with that!!! I already work full-time, and that money is pretty much gone at the end of every paycheck after paying for food and living expenses. So, that's where you come in. Please help a starving student to study abroad and gain an international education. Even if you only have $5.00 or so to spare it will still be a huge help. Like my mom always tells me, all the little stuff eventually adds up! There's a link on this page to PayPal.
